Horrible service, No after sales customer support. Article writing fails and you get no refund credits for failed articles. Backlinks are spam and hurt my ranking (actually there are only few backlinks you will get they don't have many).

Good tool. I've tested a bunch of these over the past 6 months. Supawrite is on the expensive side for what you get, but granted it produces great articles (and has a cute mascot). Casper Content is a little bit cheaper and is just as good in terms of keyword/topic research and the quality of articles written. Outrank is probably bottom of the list for article quality and consistancy.

Its okay. I've tested a bunch of these tools over the past 6 months. BLogSEO hits the basics but misses the mark on creating articles that drive leads after the click. I've found Casper Content to be the best of the bunch in terms of keyword/topic research and the quality of articles written.
