Few weeks ago I sent feedback to the devs for something that I didn't like and the issue got fixed within days... pretty neat if you asked me :) ... What you’re describing is interesting, but also risky. If users stay for insights but you position around ops efficiency, you’re likely attracting the wrong icp and underpricing the real value.
