tested it on a few neighborhoods. the interface is so stripped down it almost feels unfinished, quick to load but u might hunt for extra fillers. the data look on point, yet they dont dive deep into data sources to explain. overall accuracy feeks solid and the map is smooth, just wish it talked more about the results.

I enjoy using the chatbot and seeing how simple it makes answers, I've been testing the same question across similar platforms like Finchat.io, Perplexity, Intellectia etc. I've realized Fineas is faster and just as accurate. In this feature you can use your own promopting to get outputs that are specific to the business question being asked. Also, at the end of each output you have an opportunity to ask any detailed question you want about the output to get more specific responses. You can drill down several times to get further insights using this feature. Hope this helps!

Few weeks ago I sent feedback to the devs for something that I didn't like and the issue got fixed within days... pretty neat if you asked me :) ... Anyway, for those interested in Pinterest marketing K2P is the go-to software IMO, it makes keyword research and competitor analysis on Pinterest such a breathe... and the price is great even for a cheapskate like me so yeah, absolutely 5 stars from me... -

tried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.
