Currently, the website provides free text-to-speech (TTS) with emotions without requiring registration. You can generate 50,000 characters using generic Microsoft voices which are available also within any ReadAloud/Read out Loud apps. However, these voices lack emotion, but you can generate 5,000 characters with emotion per generation for free. Firstly, you have to select a voice, preview it, and then select it - paste your text or write it down and after a few minutes, you can listen and download it for free. AI Notebook does what it promises, it's a decent on the go note-taking app. I like the automated tweak of these newer note-taking apps. I can just throw in pdfs, voice memos or youtube videos, and it'll generate all type oof different format like summaries, mind maps or flashcards. Extremely useful for students and professionals as it digest lengthy materials into small chunks of text. Recommended for anyone looking for a no-frills note taker tool

AudioStrip did exactly what I wanted to do, to isolate and denoise an important video I had, there was a lady talking loudly close to the camera but we needed the background conversations to be heard and the noise taken out, this did the job, free and fast!

Spelling errors found throughout their website. If they canโt take the time to check for spelling, they canโt take the time to ensure the coding for security is accurate.

I really like Transkribieren. The free features allowed to me to transcribe PERFECTLY some Youtube downloaded audios, into perfectly written texts (in French). Too bad there are no timestamps, but it did the job I needed it to do.

I use Coolo to remove bass from the song. By isolating the bass track, I can hear every single note and nuance. Itโs also been great for making backing tracks to practice my guitar solos over. Very nice!!

While searching for audio transcription tools, I found that many came with limitationsโuntil I discovered Audio Transcriber AI. Not only is it free and unlimited, but its accuracy rivals that of paid tools; I have since recommended it to my friends.

I couldn't use it because it wouldn't let me upload a PDF file, so I can't really review it properly. This tool would work best with audio files. For example, if your teacher gave you an assignment in a PDF file, you wouldn't be able to use it. Until it enables that feature, it's not very useful for students. However, it is useful if you're incorporating audio.

I'm giving it two stars because it does do an ok job on videos but I would NOT recommend this. The "free trial" gives you 80 credits. It's not even enough to make a 60 second video so you can't really "trial" anything. I then spent $35 to make a 60 second video and I did two edits to it and I only have 451 credits left for the month. Until the costs come down, this is not feasible.
