Thanks for your great feedback Gregory. A feature in Macky that is designed for more specific industry-specific information is the "Ask Macky" one. In this feature you can use your own promopting to get outputs that are specific to the business question being asked. Also, at the end of each output you have an opportunity to ask any detailed question you want about the output to get more specific responses. Currently using it for handling basic FAQs and simple actions and it's doing the job. The no code part makes everything straightforward. Replies are fast and natural. Nice tool option if you're looking to simply add a chatbot without dealing with the complex stuff.

This is a great tool! I have a question. The first time I created an Interactive Lesson, the published result had a transcript of the podcast which interacted simultaneously with the mindmap. After navigating out of that window, I can't access this again. Is there a way to access it? Currently it only shows an outline, the podcast and mindmap with no transcript or mindmap interactivity.
