Apify scrapers? Couldn't work on my target URL. - I spent $150 over 4-5 OTHER tools before finding this one, which is free to use locally right now. Wow. I'm dumb. - My target URL was a broken site, with 500 javascript errors, content violations, bad cookies, etc. - Not a single scraper worked that I tried, except for this one. tried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.

I have used this for several personal assistant applications and it works amazingly. Obviously it is still restricted to the flaws of any model you are using it with, but the ability to constrain prompts is incredibly helpful (especially when it comes to getting things like JSON format from the AI).

Since there is no feedback possibility on the site, I will leave my comments here. 1. when I put a search term between "" I expect the results to precisely contain this phase, not ...or... 2. the e-mails are called "news summary" so the items should be empty when there is nothing new. Instead, I keep receiving the same search results over and over again. Searching by Google is less time-consuming. 3. there is a 1-day trial period (!) but by the time I discovered the above (day 2) I was hooked for a month. So, de facto, there is no trial period.

It makes me skeptical once the main login page has a typo in "sumbit", instead of "submit". The devil is in the details.

Absolutely a great tool. Freeware. Very precise than paid versions and provide much more easy to read output breakdowns line by line. Amazing. Hope they'll create something that will convert AI to human text tool as well, they have a skilled team.
