Turn Any Workshop Recording Into a Process Map in 60 SecondsOpenThe fastest way to turn workshop notes and transcripts into process maps and streamlined workflows - Added Leanify Intelligence to review process maps for Lean Six Sigma-style flow issues, evidence gaps, rework, handoffs and decision points. - Improved Level 1 and Level 2 process maps with clearer decision paths, labelled branch outcomes and stronger evidence traceability. - Added smarter evidence-needed handling so weak or unsupported subprocesses are flagged for review instead of being over-mapped. - Improved regeneration and map-quality checks so refreshed maps retain clearer labels, provenance and review status. -

Hey this is Tan, I'm the creator of NotesBot. I created this tool because I needed it for my own meetings. After using myself and getting great summarization reviews from my peers, I decided to release it to the public. After release, we realized people were also using it for Dungeons and Dragons, I then added a DnD mode. This tool is non-invasive, very easy to set up, and perfect for meetings. I hope you enjoy using it!

Hi ๐ I'm Vera, the maker of Whisper Web. I built it because I needed a frictionless way to turn recordings into structured text โ meeting notes, interview quotes, podcast transcripts, YouTube research. Whisper Web runs entirely in your browser. Drop an audio or video file (up to 2GB), record from your mic, or paste a YouTube URL. You get a clean transcript with automatic speaker labels and a structured AI summary covering key points, action items, decisions, and quotes โ all in under 3 minutes. 100+ languages, auto-detected. Six export formats: TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT, and JSON. Privacy-first by design. Free to try, no credit card. Would love your feedback โ drop a recording you've been putting off and tell me how it went. โ Vera

Hey Guys! ๐ I built TonesMatch because chasing guitar tone is still way too messy. Most guitarists have done the same thing: search โMetallica amp settingsโ or โHotel California guitar tone,โ copy some random settings from a forum, and then realize they do not really work on their own amp. The problem is that tone settings are not universal. A Marshall Plexi, Boss Katana, Fender Blues Jr, and Line 6 Helix all respond differently. A general AI tool might suggest a channel, knob, or setting that sounds right in theory but does not even exist on your gear. TonesMatch solves this by combining researched real-world tone data with gear-aware AI. You type a song, choose your guitar, amp, and pedals, and TonesMatch adapts the target tone to your actual rig. It gives you practical settings you can actually dial in: amp channel, gain, EQ, pickup position, effects, and pedal chain suggestions. What makes it different: - Built on researched tone and gear data, not generic guesses - Adapts settings to your specific guitar, amp, pickups, and pedals - Supports both guitar and bass - Avoids recommending controls that do not exist on your amp - Includes a growing database of 13,000+ researched tones Would love feedback from guitarists, bassists, producers, and anyone who has ever spent too long chasing the perfect tone. Thanks for checking it out!

Hey Jack, fair question! The AI is the "Wingman" feature inside the video call. Instead of transcribing the audio (which would violate our privacy policy), the AI is an on-demand agent powered by GPT-4o. You toggle modes like 'Roast' or 'Spicy', and it generates context-aware conversation cards to save the date if things get awkward. We prioritized user privacy over an 'always-listening' AI assistant. Give the Roast mode a tryโit's pretty ruthless!

I have read their documentation, specifically the basics of how to get started and the test script commands. Surprisingly the commands are easy to read and understand. I may need to do a bit more exploring, I think I saw a blogpost that you can also use javascript with this tool like many other tools, so I'll check that out as well. But for now, this tool seems to be promising enough for QA Testers and Automation testers who want to work faster and more efficient.

๐ Hey everyone โ Iโm Yusef, founder of Jamy. We built Jamy because we were tired of wasting time after meetings โ rewriting notes, chasing action items, and trying to remember what was actually said. Jamy handles all of that automatically: it joins your calls, transcribes, summarizes, pulls tasks and quotes, and even sends branded follow-ups. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and phone calls โ and connects with tools like Slack, Trello, and Notion. If youโre curious, give it a spin โ jamy.ai. Would love your feedback! โ Yusef

AI Notebook does what it promises, it's a decent on the go note-taking app. I like the automated tweak of these newer note-taking apps. I can just throw in pdfs, voice memos or youtube videos, and it'll generate all type oof different format like summaries, mind maps or flashcards. Extremely useful for students and professionals as it digest lengthy materials into small chunks of text. Recommended for anyone looking for a no-frills note taker tool

We built this for us, and if other people want to use it, so be it, but Iโm not going to try and sell on why one should use or buy it. Judging by the sign-ups and upgrades, it looks like more people are finding it useful. You are right about #1 and that line does sound a bit dishonest and salesy - which was unintentional so Iโm changing that. It was very real though and we carefully baked in tiny little details for our upgraded users. For eg, we have invited most of our upgraded users to try the mobile appsโ TestFlight version.

Appreciate it David! I'd say we're "AI-in-progress" - lots of AI powered enhancements are in the works to take automated process documentation to the next level

Not a very good experience. There are a lot of screenshots of what is supposed to happen when you record or upload audio, but the functionality is very clunky. I had to upload the same audio file 5 times before it appeared in the dashboard. The experience is even worse on a mobile phone. So I am still looking for a quick audio to text AI tool and one that I can get the transcription in multiple languages.

Transcribe audio and video in 100+ languages effortlesslyOpenFast - probably the fastest tool I've tried for transcribing from an uploaded MP3. Accuracy was good. My samples was a ~30 min university lecture recorded alone (recorded with a mic and laptop, not in a lecture hall). Only complaint is that the logical sectioning or paragraphing isn't great. (It's hard to do with these stream-of-consciousness type lectures, but some tools do a great job.) If I didn't need the logical breaks, I'd likely come back to this tool solely for the speed and accuracy. Great job!
