david๐ 6 karmaMay 21, 2026@Melody GenieI spent a few days on the free plan testing Melody Genie to draft verses and choruses in different artist styles, and it nailed the vocabulary and flow more often than not. The tool's ability to switch tones and produce coherent punchlines made it effortless to iterate on song ideas. Maybe till now the best lyric generator out there with a huge difference -
been using this for a bit and the songs it makes are honestly pretty good, way better than i thought. love the clean design too, makes it easy to use. only thing i wish is there was some kind of playlist feature so i can organize all the songs i made, gets hard to find stuff after a while. but yeah solid app overall

Not too impressed and free generating stinks when you canโt download what youโve generated. Especially when users are using their own lyrics, itโs just not cool!

Iโve been using it to make demo tracks before recording real vocals. Saves a lot of time during brainstorming.

This thing is absolutely phenomenal, I've had incredible full length songs created with great lyrics and actually in key melodies. Mention hand pan you get a hand pan. This is something you need to try if you're reading this. Throw a picture in there even. I have had failed attempts but I pasted it again 4 more times and it's something about the wording. Word it like a normal sentence and boom. Her ai voice reminds me of Evanescence. There's male voice too. 10 stars.

The Free Trial is useless. You run out of suggestions before you can figure out how to use it or if it's useful to you. In theory, it looks pretty good but I don't want to have to subscribe to something before I can really try it. I received one suggestion, asked for a melody for that one eight-syllable line. I received four options and that was it. My "free trial" was done. It then kept taking me to a page to subscribe to a paid plan. It honestly looks like something I'd be interesting in using, but not without trying.
