Let me start by saying this is the best free app period. There is no free app that can beat this. Iโve tried every other one I could find and this is by far the best. I recently used the referral feature to get a lifetime premium. The suggested workouts are nice if you donโt know exactly how to work out. The only things that bothered me were that there were certain exercises that shouldโve been there that werenโt and I had to add myself. There is also no way to track which muscles specifically youโve worked. But these are minor nitpicks and is overall the best workout app Iโve tried.

The Local Falcon AI recommendations have worked so well that our ranking has has increased by 8 to 10 positions for literally five of the keywords that people use to find our business.
