Not available for PC only Mac, it would have been worth mentioning.

This is an amazing free app that uses community created characters. All AI processing is done on your local computer and doesnโt get loaded to some cloud database. Also, there is a paid cloud service thatโs $15 a month but thatโs not the focus of what they provide.
