The sign up for this is horrible. I really wanted to use this product. After attempting to sign up using multiple browsers, still nothing. Blank screen. I've literally spent my life on the internet, I've signed up for thousands of different apps, websites, etc.

its ok. it puts "paragraph #" at the start of each paragraph. not needed. and the AI chat tool cant see the copy which makes it hard to adjust anything like chatgpt does. I also want to know where the docs I upload go and if they remain private. Good start!

Hi Gabe, thanks for trying out our solution. The encoding issue is something that happens on occasion and are shipping a fix soon. For now, files are uploaded to an encrypted S3 bucket managed by IllumiDesk (hosted by AWS). We are working on integrations so that we can connect the Context Manager and Course Builder to your own RAG (Pinecone, ChromaDB, AWS Bedrock, Postgres, etc) as well as your own document data stores.
