The Local Falcon AI recommendations have worked so well that our ranking has has increased by 8 to 10 positions for literally five of the keywords that people use to find our business. The process of actually creating a bot is so simple, even the free chatbot. Although the mobile compatibility was issue before, it seems to have been resolved by now.

I tried other tools aswell, this was the only accurate. Other ais didn't even get the country right. Compared to the others it had the advantage that I could specify the area in which the location was. I only tried it once so far but I am satisfied.

Had several issues with app, beginning with a refresh needed to find the upload (figured out while waiting for help desk). Relatively straightforward conversion, rearranged fields, merged integer and text field. Conversion was Ok on first 30 lines and 2 pages, second 25 lines needed more manual editing. Was going to rate lower, tried Parseur was even worse.
