Walker S2 is a full-size industrial humanoid robot standing 176 cm tall and weighing 70 kg, with 52 degrees of freedom, humanoid gait, and a walking speed of up to 2 m/s. It supports a 15 kg payload and can perform deep squat and stoop lifting with a pitch angle of up to 125° within a 0–1.8 m workspace. The robot features Gen-4 industrial dexterous hands with 11 DoF, a 6-tactile-sensor array, single-hand grasp capacity of 7.5 kg, and finger grasp capacity of 1 kg. Walker S2 uses a flexible waist with ±162° rotation and +90° to −35° pitch, multimodal perception with LLM support, voice interaction, a 4-inch circular facial display, four array microphones, and two speakers. It integrates pure RGB “human-eye” binocular stereo vision with real-time dense depth mapping. Power is managed via a dual-battery switching system with real-time battery monitoring and autonomous battery swapping or charging. AI capabilities include UBTECH’s self-developed Co-Agent system and BrainNet 2.0 dual-loop AI architecture for production-line swarm intelligence. The structure uses rigid-flex heterogeneous composites, aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, a 3D-printed primary frame, and high-elastic knitted fiber materials.
