1,3184Released 1mo agoFree + from $99/motried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.

Having tried various tools in the space, I can confidently say it's the best by a mile, the UX is silky smooth and will feel familiar to any data scientist, and yet it manages to supercharge your workflows - I gurantee you'll be a few times more productive, can't recommend it enough.

But it literally gave me three values. Three?? For 30 years?? What kind of trend can I possibly see with that? If the tool offers to research the data, it should at least offer a full timeline. And when I pasted the data I found, it created a literally bar chart???

I used to ask it to explain math problems to me, and any other questions. It gave detailed and comprehensive explanations. It used to be free, but now it is premium so I can't use it anymore. Overall, it's really great.

And the new thinking really start with the simplicity and appropriate costs needed for the "user" being an agent. tny.dev is really a master class in this new thought process. If you need link shortening, it's completely solved here. I've been using it with Claude Desktop, and Claude just "gets" this MCP server, and its free at the relatively infrequent rate I use it. The analytics are awesome and simple to understand. They are the key feature for me.
